退行性腰椎不稳以腰背痛、下肢放射痛等为主要表现,中医将其归为"腰痛"范畴,其核心病理状态为"筋出槽,骨错缝".国医大师韦贵康基于此提出韦氏三联疗法,通过"理筋""调骨""对症"三步,纠正病理状态、重建腰椎力学平衡,并附验案1则以示其治.
Degenerative lumbar instability,characterized by symptoms such as low back pain and radiating leg pain,In Traditional Chinese Medicine,this condition is classified under the category of Yaotong(low back pain),with its core pathological state identified as tendons slipping out of grooves and bones dislocating from joints.Based on this theory,Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine WEI Guikang proposed the"WEI's triple therapy."This therapeutic regimen corrects the pathological state and reconstructs lumbar mechanical balance through a three-step approach:tendon regulation,bone adjustment,and symptomatic treatment.A clinical case is also presented to illustrate the efficacy of this treatment.
