Cases Report on the Application of Modified Fangji Fuling Decoction in Treating Edema
防己茯苓汤出自《金匮要略》,用于治疗水肿皮水.结合《神农本草经》,灵活运用防己茯苓汤加味治疗各种水肿,尤其针对本虚标实的慢性水肿,疗效显著,故总结此方的临床运用,并举验案4则,以示其治.
Fangji Fuling Decoction,originating from Synopsis of Golden Chamber,is used to treat skin edema.Combined with Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing,we can flexibly modify Fangji Fuling Decoction to treat various types of edema,especially chronic edema with the radical deficiency and the incidental excess,achieving remarkable therapeutic effects.This article summarizes the clinical aqqlication of this formula,and presents 4 case studies to demonstrate its effectiveness.
