黄土汤治疗阳虚血证的机理与应用探析OA

Huangtu Decoction comes from the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,with the functions of warming yang,strengthening spleen,nourishing blood,and stopping bleeding.It was originally used to treat the distant blood syndrome of central burner,spleen yang deficiency.Based on HUANG Yuanyu's theory of"water cold soil dampness and wood stagnation",this study explores the pathogenesis of Yang deficiency and blood syndrome,including"spleen yang deficiency-water cold soil dampness-liver wood stagnation-wind and blood over-flow",as well as the treatment path of Huangtu Decoction,which includes"stopping bleeding-eliminating stasis-calming blood-supplementing blood".Three cases of hemorrhoid bleeding,metrorrhagia,and urinary bleeding are cited to demonstrate this.
