基于标本中气探析《伤寒论》水心病证治OA

Based on the theory of tip-root-middle qi from the Huangdi Neijing,this paper analyzes the phy-siological and pathological qi transformation relationships among Taiyang cold-water,Shaoyin monarch-fire,and Taiyin damp-earth,establishes a heart-spleen-kidney trinity qi transformation model,and further eluci-dates the pathogenesis of water-heart disease:water-heart disease originates from kidney yang deficiency and failure to transform cold-water,develops due to spleen earth dysfunction and failure to control water,and cul-minates in heart yang constraint and water-fire struggle.In terms of treatment,Linggui formulas are applied to fortify the middle and control water,Zhenwu Decoction is used to warm the kidneys and disperse yin,Cinnamon-based formulas are prescribed to strengthen the heart and calm palpitations,and Fuling Sini Decoction is em-ployed to restore yang and rescue collapse.The treatment principles are rigorous and interlinked,fully reflecting the diagnostic and therapeutic approach of"treating the three organs separately while coordinating the whole."This study not only deepens the understanding of the mechanism of water-heart disease but also provides theo-retical and clinical references for the use of Linggui formulas in treating modern cardiac diseases.
