紧凑型三相立体式磁控配电变压器研究OA
Research on Compact Three-phase Three-dimensional Magnetically Controlled Distribution Transformer
针对电网长线路末端电压波动大且城市电网扩建困难的问题,提出了一种将可控电抗器与配电变压器相结合的紧凑型三相立体式磁控配电变压器,并通过理论推导与有限元仿真分析了其工作过程与优势.该紧凑型磁控配电变压器的铁心由3个完全相同的单框组成,每相绕组绕制在两个单框上,每个单框铁心的上下横扼部位都设有截面积较小的磁阀,每个带气隙的小截面铁扼上均绕有直流励磁绕组.理论分析与有限元仿真结果表明,该紧凑型磁控配电变压器在保留原有配电变压器占地面积的基础上,既可以输出无功、提高无功电压控制能力,也可以正常变压和传递电能,且电压电流波形无畸变、无不平衡现象,适用于有高比例新能源接入、电缆化率高且空间有限的城市配电站.
In view of such issues as large voltage fluctuations at the end of long transmission lines and the difficulty of urban power grid expansion,a compact three-phase three dimensional maganetically controlled distribution trans-former that combines a controllable reactor with a distribution transformer is proposed.Its working process and ad-vantages are analyzed through theoretical derivation and finite element simulation.The iron core of this compact magnetically controlled distribution transformer consists of three identical single frames,with each phase winding wound on two single frames.Each single frame iron core has a magnetic valve with a smaller cross-sectional area at the upper and lower transverse yokes,and each small cross-sectional iron choke with an air gap is wound with a DC excitation winding.Both theoretical analysis and finite element simulation results show that the compact magnetical-ly controlled distribution transformer,on the condition of maintaining footprint of original power distribution trans-former,can not only output reactive power and improve the reactive power and voltage control ability,but also trans-form voltage and transfer electric energy normally without distortion and imbalance of voltage and current wave-forms,which is suitable for urban distribution stations with high proportion of new energy access,high cable utiliza-tion rate with limited space.
