油纸绝缘系统过热故障油面气体产气规律研究OA
Variation Research on Dissolved Gas Generation of Overheating Faults in Oil-paper Insulation System
油面气体检测法是一种能有效预防油浸式电力变压器绝缘故障进一步劣化导致设备安全事故发生的技术手段,而关于油浸式电力变压器过热故障油面特征气体变化规律缺失.基于此,文中搭建了油浸式电力变压器过热故障下油面气体产气规律研究试验平台,通过大量实验系统研究了不同严重程度过热故障下油面气体的产气规律,实验结果表明:①过热故障下油面特征气体以H2、CH4、CO和C2H4为主,特征气体体积分数和生成速率会随着故障严重程度的加剧而增加,其中油面上H2体积分数可以达到上万μL/L.②在低温过热试验初期,C2H2、C2H6、CO未出现在采集到的油面气体中,但中温过热下7种特征气体均会出现在油面上并被检测到.③中低温过热下,H2生成速率远大于其他6种特征气体.④相较于低温过热,中温过热下H2、CO和CO2的生成速率有明显提升.文中研究成果可为基于油面特征气体的变压器内部过热故障诊断、预警提供技术支撑.
The dissolved gas detection analysis(DGA)is a technical means that can effectively prevent equipment safety accidents caused by the progressive deterioration of insulation failures in oil-immersed power transformers,yet there is a significant lack of study on the variation of characteristic gases specific to overheating fault.Based on this,in this paper a test platform to study the production of dissolved gas under thermal fault of oil-immersed power transformer is setup,and the gas production of dissolved gas under overheating fault of different severity is studied through a large number of experimental systems.The experimental results show that:①Under overhating fault,the characteristic of dissolved gas is mainly H2,CH4,CO and C2H4,and the concentration and generation rate of charac-teristic gas can increase with the severity of the fault,in which the concentration of H2 in the dissolved gas can reach tens of thousands of μL/L.②At the initial stage of low temperature overheating test,C2H2,C2H6 and CO do not appear in the collected dissolved gas,but seven characteristic gases would appear on the dissolved gas and can be detected under medium temperature overheating.③At medium and low temperature overheating,the genera-tion rate of H2 is much higher than that of other six characteristic gases.④Compared with low temperature overheat-ing,the formation rate of H2,CO and CO2 under medium temperature overheating is significantly increased.The re-search results in this paper can provide technical support for the diagnosis and early warnming of internal overheat-ing fault in transformer based on dissollved characteristic gas in oil.
