真空断路器分闸电磁铁动态仿真及故障分析OA
Dynamic Simulation and Fault Analysis of the Opening Electromagnet in Vacuum Circuit Breaker
分合闸电磁铁机构故障是真空断路器分断异常、拒动、误动的主要原因,准确分析真空断路器分闸电磁铁运行状态,对电力系统的稳定运行具有重要意义.文中以真空断路器分闸电磁铁为研究对象,建立真空断路器分闸电磁铁动态仿真模型.首先,对分闸电磁铁动作原理进行推导,分析了正常状态下的动铁心运行状态.其次,对比了接触不良、铁心卡涩、匝间短路故障状态下仿真电流波形特点,系统分析了不同故障对断路器分闸的影响.最后进行断路器分闸电磁铁故障模拟分闸实验,接触不良、铁心卡涩、匝间短路3种故障进行设置,采集故障状态下的分闸线圈电流与仿真波形进行对比,实验结果验证了仿真模型的有效性,该模型为断路器电磁机构故障分析、故障监测及状态评估提供了重要手段.
The fault of the opening and closing electromagnetic mechanism is the main reason for the abnormal switching,refusal operation and mal-operation of vacuum circuit breaker.Accurate analysis of the operating state of the opening electromagnet of the vacuum circuit breaker is of great significance for stable operation of power system.In this paper,the opening electromagnet of the vacuum circuit breaker is taken the study object and a dynamic simu-lation model of the opening electromagnet of the vacuum circuit breaker is set up.First,the operating principle of the opening electromagnet is derived and the operating state of the plunger in normal condition is analyzed.Then,the simulation current waveform characteristics under such failure states as poor contact,core jamming and inter-turn short circuit are compared to analyze systematically the influence of different faults on the opening of the circuit breaker.Finally,a simulated opening experiment is performed on the circuit breaker's opening electromagnet,with three types of faults-poor contact,core jamming and inter-turn short circuit,being configured.The opening coil cur-rnt under fault conditions is collected and compared with the simulated waveforms.The effectiveness of the simula-tion model is verified by the experimental result,which provides an important means for fault analysis,fault monitor-ing,and condition assessment of circuit breaker electromegnatic mechanisms.
