Review on Optimization Research of Electromagnetic Repulsion Mechanism

为了满足高压直流断路器不断提高的需求,需要对电磁斥力机构持续优化研究.阐述了电磁斥力机构的工作原理及发展趋势,对目前提高机构驱动效率的优化方法进行了梳理总结,分析了不同优化方法的优势和不足;详细介绍了传动系统冲击应力的优化研究进展;总结了目前缓冲性能优化规律;对于长行程驱动,研究表明复合式结构具有更好前景.根据目前的优化研究现状,提出了有待解决的关键问题并指出未来可能的研究重点在激励回路的优化上.

For meetting the continuously increasing demand of high-voltage direct current(HVDC)circuit break-er,continuous optimization research on electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is required.The working principle and development trend of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism are described,the current optimization methods to im-prove the driving efficiency of the mechanism are sorted out and summarized,and the prons and cons of different opti-mization methods are analyzed.Moreover,the research progress on optimization of impact stress in transmission sys-tem is introduced in detail.The current buffer performance optimization pattern is summarized.The study shows that,for long-stroke drives,the composite structures have better prospects.In view of the current status of optimization re-search,critical unsolved issues are identified,and future research efforts are suggested to focus on the optimization of the excitation circuit.
