跌倒风险感知评估工具的研究及护理启示OA

Falls have become an increasingly prominent global public health problem.They not only cause physical injuries but also may lead to psychological trauma,bringing heavy care and economic burdens to families and society.Therefore,fall prevention is the core of fall management.Relevant studies have confirmed that in addition to the objective assessment of fall risk,individuals'fall risk perception is also crucial for fall prevention.Fall risk perception refers to an individual's perception of the possibility and consequences of falling.Accurately assessing an individual's level of fall risk perception and guiding them to actively participate in preventive measures are of great significance for reducing the incidence of falls.This article reviews domestic and foreign fall risk perception assessment tools from the aspects of theoretical framework,characteristics of assessment tools,and limitations.On this basis,combined with the needs of clinical nursing practice,targeted nursing enlightenment is put forward,aiming to provide a reference for clinical nurses to select appropriate assessment tools and construct a localized assessment system.
