手术治疗腹茧症的临床分析OA

Objective:To summarize and analyze the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for abdominal cocoon.Methods:Nine patients with abdominal cocoon admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2024 were selected and all underwent surgical treatment.During the operation,total small intestine and abdominal fibrous membrane peeling and excision were performed,and the fibrous membrane on the surface of the abdominal organs was completely removed along the intestinal tract,and the adhesions of the entire segment of the intestinal tract were loosened.After restoring the normal anatomical arrangement of the intestinal tract,local fixation of the mesentery was performed,and anti adhesion preparations were applied in the abdominal cavity;postoperative management measures include early mobilization and delayed oral feeding(starvation therapy).Results:All 9 patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital.During the follow-up period,there were no cases of recurrent abdominal cocoon syndrome.Only one case developed adhesive intestinal obstruction due to improper diet one month after surgery,which was cured after conservative treatment.Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment plan of whole small intestine and whole abdominal fibrous membrane peeling and excision combined with local mesenteric fixation,supplemented by the application of anti adhesion agents,early mobilization,and starvation therapy,has definite clinical efficacy for abdominal cocoon syndrome.It can effectively relieve intestinal obstruction,and reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence and recurrent intestinal obstruction of abdominal cocoon syndrome.
