穴位埋针结合中药治疗气滞血瘀型经前期头痛的临床研究OA

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedded needle combined with Chinese medicine for premenstrual headache of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with premenstrual headache of qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to Central Clinic from June 2023 to June 2025 were enrolled and divided into control group and combined group by block randomization,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction,while the combined group received acupoint embedded needle therapy combined with Chinese medicine decoction.The clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment;the scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment;the scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the combined group was superior than that of thecontrol group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint embedded needle combined with Chinese medicine could effectively relieve clinical symptoms of patients with premenstrual headache of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,improve their quality of life,and possess favorable prospects for clinical application.
