苓甘五味姜辛汤合理中汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(痰湿证)临床观察OA
Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction Combined with Lizhong Decoction in Treating Cough Variant Asthma(Phlegm-dampness Syndrome)
目的 探究苓甘五味姜辛汤合理中汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(痰湿证)患者的临床疗效、肺功能参数改善情况及复发率.方法 选取2024年1月—2024年12月北京中医药大学深圳医院(龙岗)门诊患者50例,随机划分成观察组和对照组,各25例.观察组和对照组均接受布地奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗,且观察组加用苓甘五味姜辛汤合理中汤治疗.比较2组治疗效果.结果 观察组肺功能参数第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒率(FEV1/FVC%)、50%肺活量时的呼气流速(FEF50%)等的改善情况,相比对照组有较好优势(P<0.05).观察组与对照组在咳嗽症状评分、治疗总有效率、复发率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 苓甘五味姜辛汤合理中汤治疗可使咳嗽变异性哮喘(痰湿证)患者的肺功能指标得到明显改善.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy,improvement of pulmonary function parameters and recurrence rate of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Lizhong decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma(phlegm-dampness syndrome).Methods Fifty outpatients were enrolled from Shenzhen Hospital(Longgang),Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups received inhalation therapy with Budesonide and Formoterol.The observation group was additionally treated with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Lizhong decoction.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed significantly superior improvements in pulmonary function parameters including forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC ratio and forced expiratory flow at 50%vital capacity(FEF50%)compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in cough symptom scores,treatment effective rates and recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Lizhong decoction could significantly improve pulmonary function indexes in patients with cough variant asthma(phlegm-dampness syndrome).
