四黄水蜜散冷敷联合骨伤平口服液Ⅰ号在肢体骨折初期消肿止痛的疗效分析OA
Cold Compress of Sihuang Shuimi Powder Combined with Gushangping Oral Liquid Ⅰ in Reducing Swelling and Relieving Pain at the Early Stage of Limb Fractures
目的 探究四黄水蜜散冷敷联合医院制剂骨伤平口服液Ⅰ号对肢体骨折初期患者消肿止痛的临床效果.方法 选取2025年1月1日—2025年12月31日丰城市中医院创伤一科收治的肢体骨折患者80例,按随机数字表法分为常规组和联用组,每组40例,常规组在骨折初期采用持续冰敷处理,联用组予四黄水蜜散冷敷联合骨伤平口服液Ⅰ号消肿镇痛,比较2组干预后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、服用止痛药情况、皱褶试验结果、患处肿胀值、术前天数及住院总天数.结果 干预5 d后,联用组VAS评分、服用止痛药人数低于常规组,皱褶试验阳性出现时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3、5 d后,联用组患肢肿胀值低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联用组术前消肿时间及总住院时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 四黄水蜜散冷敷联合骨伤平口服液Ⅰ号消肿镇痛能有效缩短肢体骨折患者肿胀消退时间,使受损部位血管渗透性降低,内液外渗减少,促进已受损软组织修复,血液循环加快,进而缩短骨折端骨痂的生长周期,骨折愈合加速,为广大肢体骨折初期患者消肿止痛提供新的治疗方式.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cold compress of Sihuang Shuimi powder combined with hospital preparation Gushangping oral liquid Ⅰ on reducing swelling and relieving pain in patients with limb fractures in the early stage.Methods A total of 80 patients with limb fractures admitted to Department of Traumatology of Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1 to December 31,2025 were enrolled.They were divided into the conventional group and the combined group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group received continuous ice compress in the early stage of fracture,while the combined group was treated with cold compress of Sihuang Shuimi powder combined with Gushangping oral liquid Ⅰ for reducing swelling and relieving pain.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,analgesic medication use,wrinkle test results,swelling degree of affected parts,preoperative days and total hospital stay days were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After 5 days of intervention,the VAS scores and the number of patients taking analgesics in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the time to positive wrinkle test was shorter in the combined group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 3 and 5 days after intervention,the limb swelling degree of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The preoperative detumescence time and total length of hospital stay in the combined group were shorter than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Cold compress of Sihuang Shuimi powder combined with Gushangping oral liquid Ⅰ for reducing swelling and relieving pain could effectively shorten the time for swelling to subside in patients with limb fractures,reduce the vascular permeability of the injured area,decrease the leakage of internal fluid,promote the repair of damaged soft tissues,accelerate blood circulation,and thereby shorten the growth cycle of callus at the fracture site and accelerate fracture healing,providing a new treatment approach for reducing swelling and relieving pain in patients with limb fractures in the early stage.
