社区慢性支气管炎管理中的中医特色医疗气象服务应用研究OA

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic medical meteorological services in the management of chronic bronchitis in the community.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic bronchitis in remission stage recruited from the Nicheng Community Health Service Center in Pudong New Area from October 2023 to March 2024 were included in this study.A randomized,parallel controlled study was conducted,with 55 patients in the control group and 55 patients in the intervention group.The control group received conventional treatment(anti-infection,cough-relieving and phlegm-resolving,and anti-asthmatic therapy).The intervention group was given conventional treatment combined with TCM characteristic medical meteorological services.The symptom scores,cumulative disease duration,times of acute exacerbation and common cold episodes within one year were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the number of common cold episodes and acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group.The clinical effective rate was higher,and the symptom scores were lower in the intervention group.All the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of chronic bronchitis,the application of TCM characteristic medical meteorological services could reduce the frequency of disease attacks,delay the progression of the disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.
