基于数据挖掘技术探析灸法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床应用现况OA

Objective To analyze the current clinical application status of moxibustion in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Clinical trial research literature on moxibustion for chronic heart failure was retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases from the establishment of the databases to June 30,2025.The intervention plans,acupoint applications,etc.of moxibustion were sorted out and analyzed.Results A total of 204 articles were included.The research focus was on the therapeutic advantages of pure moxibustion.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,moxa stick moxibustion,20 minutes per session,once a day,4 weeks or 2 weeks were the main selected traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types,moxibustion types,moxibustion time,treatment frequency,and treatment course.The top five acupoints in application frequency are Xinshu(BL15),Guanyuan(CV4),Zusanli(ST36),Shenque(CV8)and Neiguan(PC6).The meridians of the acupoints were mainly focused on the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang and the conception vessel.Xinshu(BL15)-Feishu(BL13)and Guanyuan(CV4)-Qihai(CV6)were commonly used acupoint compatibility combinations.Conclusion Basic consensus has been reached on the core parameters of clinical protocols for moxibustion intervention in chronic heart failure,while differences still exist in specific implementation details.Future studies are needed to explore the dose-effect relationship and internal mechanism between different TCM syndrome types and moxibustion regimens,so as to provide scientific evidence for establishing precise moxibustion treatment protocols.
