安阑通络方联合穴位贴敷在急性阑尾炎术后患者中应用探究OA

Objective To explore the application effect of Anlan Tongluo prescription combined with acupoint application in patients after acute appendicitis surgery.Methods A total of 114 patients after acute appendicitis surgery admitted to Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to March 2024 were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table,with 57 cases in each group.The control group received acupoint application therapy and routine intervention,while the study group was additionally treated with Anlan Tongluo prescription on the basis of the control group.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,levels of gastrointestinal hormones,pain degree,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of various gastrointestinal functions were shorter than those in the control group,and pain scores at 13 h,25 h and 49 h after surgery in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and all TCM syndrome scores in the study group were superior to those in the control group,showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the intervention period.Conclusion Anlan Tongluo prescription combined with acupoint application achieved better efficacy in patients after acute appendicitis surgery.
