中医药治疗老年失眠研究现状基于文献计量学的可视化分析OA

Objective To analyze the research trends,hotspots and tendencies in the research field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating senile insomnia within the recent 25 years,and provide references for future research.Methods Relevant literature on TCM in the treatment of senile insomnia published from January 2000 to October 2025 in CNKI was retrieved.Visual analysis of author and institutional cooperation networks,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and burst was carried out using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Results A total of 487 valid documents were finally included.The annual number of published papers has increased steadily,and 116 core authors have emerged.Institutional cooperation has formed three major research alliances centered around Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Research hotspots have formed 11 clusters such as TCM constitution,Chinese medicine foot-bath,acupuncture and moxibustion,etc.Conclusion TCM has made remarkable progress in the field of treating senile insomnia.However,the distribution of literature was uneven,there were few high quality studies,and there was insufficient cooperation among author groups and institutions.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the research quality,promote academic exchanges,and establish an interdisciplinary research platform to promote the further development of this field.
