健脾温阳推拿手法治疗肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎的临床观察OA

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of invigorating spleen and warming yang tuina manipulation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with lung-spleen qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 69 children with allergic rhinitis of lung-spleen qi deficiency type were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(34 cases).The control group received local treatment with nasal hormones.On the basis of the above therapy,the observation group was additionally given invigorating spleen and warming yang tuina manipulation,five times a week for consecutive four weeks.The rhinitis symptom scale scores,quality of life and recurrence status were observed in both groups.Results After treatment,nasal congestion,rhinorrhea,nasal itching and sneezing were all significantly improved in both groups compared with baseline(P<0.05).The observation group achieved better effects than the control group in terms of nasal congestion,rhinorrhea,total effective rate,quality of life and recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The invigorating spleen and warming yang tuina manipulation could improve the symptoms of children with allergic rhinitis,especially relieve watery rhinorrhea and nasal congestion.It could improve children's quality of life and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
