基于CiteSpace的三伏贴研究现状及发展趋势的可视化分析OA

Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of literatures on Sanfu plaster in the past 20 years,so as to provide references for its precise clinical application in the future.Methods Literatures were retrieved from CNKI database from January 1,2004 to July 1,2025.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was adopted to conduct visual analysis on publication volume,author contribution,research institutions,keywords and journal distribution of included literatures.Results A total of 721 relevant literatures were initially searched,and 631 literatures were finally enrolled.Co-occurrence analysis of authors showed that Zhang Li published the most papers.Institutional co-occurrence analysis indicated that Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranked top in publication quantity.Keyword analysis revealed that current researches mainly focused on treating winter diseases in summer,acupoint application,bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis.Cluster analysis mainly involved Meta-analysis related to Sanfu plaster,Sanfu plaster for cough and asthma,treatment of winter diseases in summer and bronchial asthma.Conclusion The existing researches had deficiencies such as imperfect clinical evidence system and insufficient in-depth interpretation of mechanisms.Further clinical and mechanistic researches should be strengthened in the future to promote the sustainable development of this research field.
