高标准农田建设与农业绿色生产转型:效应与机制OACHSSCD
High-standard farmland construction and agricultural green production transformation:Impact effects and mechanism analysis
高标准农田建设作为推动农业农村现代化的有效举措,探讨其对农业绿色生产转型的影响具有重要意义.基于山东、河北两省1033份农户调研数据,运用有限混合模型(FMM)、OLS方法和中介效应模型实证分析高标准农田建设对农业绿色生产转型的影响效应、作用机制及异质性.研究发现:1)高标准农田建设对农业绿色生产转型具有显著的正向影响.相较于没有高标准农田建设的农户,高标准农田建设可以使农户农业绿色生产转型程度提高8.32%.2)高标准农田建设通过扩大农地经营规模、推动农业专业化种植和促进农业生产性服务采纳来实现农业绿色生产转型,其中农业专业化种植的间接效应最大.3)异质性分析发现,高标准农田建设对农业绿色生产转型的促进作用在受教育程度为初中及以上、农地经营规模为10亩及以上、加入合作社和平原地区农户中表现更加明显.为此,应持续推进高标准农田建设、配套推动要素市场发育和因地制宜实施差异化策略,切实发挥高标准农田建设的作用.
As an effective measure to promote agricultural and rural modernization,high-standard farmland construction holds significant importance in examining its impact on agricultural green production transformation.Utilizing survey data from 1,033 farm households in Shandong and Hebei provinces,this study employs finite mixture model(FMM),OLS regression,and mediation effect analysis to empirically examine the impact effects,mechanisms,and heterogeneity of high-standard farmland construction on agricultural green production transformation.The findings reveal that:1)High-standard farmland construction exerts a significant positive impact on agricultural green production transformation.Specifically,compared to farmers without such construction,those with high-standard farmland experience an 8.32%increase in the degree of green transformation.2)It facilitates this transformation through expanding farmland operation scale,promoting specialized agricultural cultivation,and encouraging the adoption of agricultural productive services,with specialized cultivation exhibiting the largest indirect effect.3)The promoting effect is more pronounced among farmers who have received junior high school education or above,or those operating farmland of 10 mu or more,or participating in cooperatives,or located in plain areas.Accordingly,it is essential to continue advancing high-standard farmland construction,fostering the development of factor markets,and implementing differentiated strategies tailored to local conditions to fully realize the effectiveness of such construction.
