良性前列腺增生症与继发性骨质改变的相关性研究进展OA
Advances in the association between benign prostatic hyperplasia and secondary skeletal disorders
良性前列腺增生症(BPH)是中老年男性最常见的泌尿系统疾病,近年来研究发现BPH患者常伴随骨密度异常、骨质疏松甚至病理性骨折等继发性骨质改变,二者通过性激素失衡、慢性炎症、代谢紊乱及肾素-血管紧张素系统激活等多条通路存在复杂交互作用.本文结合近年来国内外最新研究成果,系统梳理了 BPH与继发性骨质改变的流行病学证据、潜在关联机制及临床意义,为BPH患者的骨质并发症早期筛查与个体化防治提供参考.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is the most common urological disorder among middle-aged and older men.Emerging evidence indicates that patients with BPH frequently exhibit secondary skeletal abnormalities,inclu-ding reduced bone mineral density,osteoporosis,and even fragility fractures.These conditions are linked through multiple interconnected mechanisms,including sex hormone imbalance,chronic low-grade inflammation,metabolic dysregula-tion,and activation of the renin-angiotensin system.Based on recent advances in both basic and clinical research,this review systematically summarizes the epidemiological evidence,potential pathophysiological mechanisms,and clinical im-plications underlying the association between BPH and secondary skeletal disorders.It also highlights the importance of early screening,risk stratification,and individualized prevention and management of skeletal complications in patients with BPH,thereby providing insights for improving comprehensive care in this population.
