大语言模型辅助的电力系统频率智能调控OA
Intelligent Frequency Regulation of Power Systems Assisted by Large Language Models
为了应对高比例新能源并网导致电力系统受扰后频率响应特性复杂的问题,提出了一种基于大语言模型的智能频率调控方法.首先,通过分析提示词工程、RAG、函数调用和大模型微调等关键技术,并结合自然语言处理技术形成的基于向量数据库的低频减载优化规则,构建了电力系统垂直领域大模型.然后,利用人工智能生成内容(artificial intelligence generated content,AIGC)技术的自适应能力,实现高效的频率优化控制,从而弥补了传统低频减载方法在新能源电力系统中的适配性不足.仿真结果表明,经过该方案优化后的频率调控显著提升了电力系统的稳定性,在多个脱机场景下的调控结果优于传统方法.该文研究为电力系统频率智能调控提供了新的技术路径,具有较高的应用潜力.
To deal with the problem of complex frequency response characteristics of power system after disturbance caused by high proportion of new energy grid connection,an intelligent frequency regulation method based on large lan-guage model is proposed.Firstly,by analyzing the key technologies such as prompt word engineering,RAG,function call and large model fine-tuning,and combining the low-frequency load shedding optimization rules based on vector database formed by natural language processing technology,a large model of vertical field of power system is constructed.Then,the adaptive ability of artificial intelligence generated content(AIGC)technology is used to achieve efficient frequency optimization control,which makes up for the lack of adaptability of traditional under-frequency load shedding methods in new energy power systems.The simulation results show that the frequency regulation optimized by this scheme signifi-cantly improves the stability of the power system,and the regulation results in multiple offline scenarios are better than those of the traditional methods.The research of this paper provides a new technical path for the intelligent control of power system frequency and has high application potentials.
