锂离子电池组低温预热放电特性与不一致性研究OA
Research on low-temperature preheating discharge characteristics and inconsistencies of lithium-ion battery pack
低温环境下锂离子电池组的性能衰减及一致性恶化是其广泛应用的关键瓶颈,外部预热被认为是重要的解决手段.以电动汽车用锂离子电池组为对象,通过对比不同预热时间下的低温放电实验,系统研究了外部预热对电池组低温放电性能及一致性的影响.实验结果表明,在低温-20℃环境下,适度预热能够使电池组放电端电压最大提高9.74 V,放电容量增加 0.9%~3.8%,并保证电池组大倍率放电的可持续进行.同时,适度预热能够将电池单体间的温度标准差最大降低 49.6%,提升放电过程中的一致性;预热时间过长并不能进一步改善一致性,反而因温度分布恶化而加速差异积累.
Performance degradation and consistency deterioration of lithium-ion battery packs in low-temperature environments are key bottlenecks for their widespread application,and external preheating is considered an important solution.Taking lithium-ion battery packs for electric vehicles as the research object,this paper systematically studies the effects of external preheating on the low-temperature discharge performance and consistency of the battery pack by comparing low-temperature discharge experiments under different preheating durations.The results show that at-20℃,moderate preheating can increase the battery pack's discharge voltage by up to 9.74V,boost discharge capacity by 0.9%~3.8%,and ensure sustainable high-rate discharge of the battery pack.At the same time,moderate preheating can reduce the standard deviation of temperature between individual cells by up to 49.6%,improving consistency during discharge.However,excessively long preheating times do not further improve consistency and instead accelerate the accumulation of differences due to worsening temperature distribution.
