不同脱乙酰度壳聚糖淀粉膜的制备及性能研究OA

为探究添加不同脱乙酰度壳聚糖对淀粉基薄膜性能的影响,以马铃薯淀粉为基材,通过添加不同脱乙酰度的壳聚糖,系统探究壳聚糖对复合膜机械性能、疏水性、热稳定性及紫外阻隔性能等的影响.结果显示,高脱乙酰度壳聚糖能显著提升复合膜的紫外阻隔性能,有效阻隔紫外线;同时增强复合膜的韧性,使其拉伸强度达到 9.014 MPa;改善复合膜的疏水性,接触角提升至 75.1 °,水溶性为 23.62%,水蒸气渗透系数为 9.35×10-11 g·m/(m2·s·Pa);并改善了复合膜的热稳定性.其中,傅里叶变换红外光谱分析显示,壳聚糖与淀粉分子之间存在氢键作用,复合膜内各组分成分未发生改变,共混改性成功.研究明确了不同脱乙酰度壳聚糖对淀粉基薄膜性能的影响规律,且高脱乙酰度(85%~95%)壳聚糖复合膜的综合性能最佳.

This study explored the effects of chitosan with different deacetylation degrees on the properties of starch-based composite films.Using potato starch as the substrate,chitosan samples with different deacetylation degrees were incorporated to systematically investigate the variations in mechanical properties,hydrophobicity,thermal stability,and ultraviolet barrier performance of the composite films.The results showed that chitosan with high deacetylation degree could significantly improve the ultraviolet blocking performance of the composite film and effectively block ultraviolet rays.At the same time,the toughness of the composite film was enhanced,yielding a tensile strength of 9.014 MPa.The hydrophobicity of the composite membrane was improved,the contact angle was increased to 75.1 °,the water solubility was 23.62%,and the water vapor permeability coefficient was 9.35×10-11 g·m/(m2·s·Pa).The thermal stability of the composite film was also improved.Among them,FTIR analysis showed that there was hydrogen bonding between chitosan and starch molecules,and the components of each component in the composite membrane were not changed,and the blending modification was successful.The study established how chitosan with varying degrees of deacetylation affected the properties of starch-based films,with the composite films having a high deacetylation degree(85%~95%)showing the best overall performance.
