在生态文明建设深入推进与矿产资源需求持续增长的背景下,研发与推广绿色勘查装备已成为实现地质勘查可持续发展的关键任务.本文系统梳理了国内绿色勘查地质岩心钻探装备的最新进展,重点分析了轻便钻机、便携式钻机、全液压钻机、电传动/永磁钻机、水平定向钻机、多工艺钻机、冲洗液环保处理装备及低空运载装备等代表性设备的性能特点与适用场景.研究表明,我国已初步构建覆盖"浅孔-中深孔-深孔-特深孔"的绿色勘查岩心钻探装备体系,能够适应复杂地形难进入区、生态脆弱区、植被覆盖区、草原湿地、河湖滩涂等多种场景,并满足矿产勘查、工程勘察、水文水井、科学钻探等各类岩心钻探工程需求.然而,与矿业发达国家相比,我国在自动化(智能化)岩心钻探、小口径定向取心钻探、冲洗液环保处理等高效绿色装备的研发与推广应用方面仍存在差距.为此,本文建议重点加强上述薄弱环节的关键技术攻关与工程实践,同时积极推进低空无人机运载装备在钻探工程中的规模化应用,以降低勘查活动对地表环境的扰动,推动我国地质勘查向绿色、高质量方向发展.

With the deepening of ecological civilization construction and the continuous growth of mineral resources demand,the development and application of green exploration equipment have become critical tasks for achieving sustainable development in geological exploration.This work systematically reviewed the latest progress in domestic green exploration geological core drilling equipment.Particularly,we focused on the performance characteristics and applicable scenarios of representative equipment,including lightweight drills,portable drills,full-hydraulic drills,electric drive/permanent magnet drills,horizontal directional drills,multi-process drills,environmentally friendly flushing fluid treatment equipment,and low-altitude transport equipment.Research indicates that China has initially established a green core drilling equipment system covering"shallow-medium-deep-ultra-deep"holes,capable of adapting to various challenging environments such as complex terrains with limited access,ecologically fragile areas,vegetation-covered regions,grasslands,wetlands,and river-lake tidal flats.This system can also meet the demands of diverse core drilling projects,including mineral exploration,engineering surveys,hydrogeological wells,and scientific drilling.However,compared with mining-developed countries,China still lags in the research,development,and widespread application of efficient green equipment for automated(intelligent)core drilling,small-diameter directional coring,and environmentally friendly flushing fluid treatment.Therefore,this paper recommends prioritizing technological breakthroughs and engineering practices in these weak areas,while actively promoting the large-scale application of low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle transport equipment in drilling projects.These measures aim to reduce the disturbance of exploration activities on surface environments and drive the development of geological exploration in China toward a greener and higher-quality direction.
