全球清洁能源发展现状、消费结构演变及发展趋势OA
Development Status,Consumption Structure Evolution,and Growth Trends of Global Clean Energy
全球一次能源消费持续增长,化石能源消费产生的二氧化碳排放加剧了气候变化,消费环节不产生二氧化碳的清洁能源因此得到快速发展,全球能源绿色低碳转型明显提速.系统梳理全球清洁能源发展现状与消费结构演变规律,可为能源转型与气候治理提供决策参考.基于国际能源署(IEA)、国际可再生能源署(IRENA)及能源研究院(EI)等机构1999~2023年长时序统计数据,采用时间序列分析与比较研究方法,从消费总量、结构变迁、装机容量、发电成本及国别差异等维度对全球清洁能源(水能、风能、太阳能、地热及海洋能)进行综合分析.结果表明:2000~2023年全球一次能源消费年均增长2.0%,清洁能源消费占比从7.6%提升至13.0%;清洁能源内部格局发生根本性变革,水能消费占比从90%以上降至49.1%,风能(26.9%)与太阳能(19.0%)合计占比接近半数,成为增长核心引擎;全球清洁能源累计装机达3859.30 GW,年均增长9.4%,光伏与风电成本较2011年分别下降85.2%和67.6%,经济性显著提升;中国以占全球38.2%的装机容量和16.0%的消费占比成为绝对引领者,北欧国家率先实现高比例替代.清洁能源正从"补充能源"向"主体能源"跨越,未来其全球消费占比将持续攀升,风能、太阳能的主导地位将进一步强化,中国引领地位持续巩固,且深度绑定关键矿产供应链安全.建议各国协同推进电网基础设施升级与关键矿产勘查,以支撑清洁能源规模化与高质量发展.
Global primary energy consumption has continued to grow steadily,while carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuel combustion have exacerbated climate change.In response,clean energy has experienced rapid development because of its zero carbon dioxide emissions during consumption,which has significantly accelerated the global green and low-carbon energy transition.This study systematically reviewed the current development status and evolving consumption structure of global clean energy,aiming to provide valuable decision-making references for energy transition and climate governance.Based on long-term statistical data from 1999 to 2023 sourced from the International Energy Agency(IEA),the International Renewable Energy Agency(IRENA),and the Energy Institute(EI),this study employed time-series analysis and comparative research methods to comprehensively analyze global clean energy(including hydro,wind,solar,geothermal,and ocean energy)across multiple dimensions,including total consumption,structural changes,installed capacity,electricity generation costs,and regional differences.Results indicate that from 2000 to 2023,global primary energy consumption grew at an average annual rate of 2.0%,while the share of clean energy in total consumption rose from 7.6%to 13.0%.The internal structure of clean energy has undergone a fundamental transformation:the share of hydro energy fell from over 90%to 49.1%,while wind(26.9%)and solar(19.0%)together accounted for nearly half of the total,becoming the core engines of growth.Global cumulative installed capacity of clean energy reached 3,859.30 GW,with an average annual growth rate of 9.4%.Compared with 2011,the costs of photovoltaic and wind power decreased by 85.2%and 67.6%,respectively,demonstrating significant improvements in cost-effectiveness.China has emerged as the absolute leader,accounting for 38.2%of global installed capacity and 16.0%of global clean energy consumption,while Nordic countries have taken the lead in achieving high-proportion clean energy substitution.Clean energy is transitioning from a"supplementary energy source"to a"mainstream energy source."In the future,its share in global primary energy consumption will continue to rise,with wind and solar further consolidating their dominant position,China's leading role steadily strengthening,and the sector becoming increasingly intertwined with critical mineral supply chain security.It is recommended that countries coordinate efforts to upgrade power grid infrastructure and intensify critical mineral exploration to support the large-scale and high-quality development of clean energy.
