针对新型配电系统中线路保护存在灵敏度不足的问题,提出一种基于二端口网络模型阻抗参数辨识的配网线路保护方案.该方案具有不受电源特性影响的特点,将以配网线路两端保护安装处为边界的配电线路等效为不含独立电源的线性网络.分析线路正常运行、区外故障及区内故障工况下的网络阻抗参数特征,提取关键辨识参数,实现配网线路不同运行状态的有效判别.仿真结果表明:所提方案在区内故障时能够精确动作,在区外故障与系统振荡工况下可有效避免误动,提升了配网保护装置的可靠性与灵敏度,可适配分布式电源广泛接入的新型配电系统线路保护需求.

To address the challenge of insufficient sensitivity in line protection within novel distribution systems,a distribution network line protection scheme based on impedance parameter identification of two-port network model is put forward.A key feature of this scheme is its immunity to power source characteristics.The distribution line,bounded by the protection installations at both ends,is modeled as a linear network equivalent without independent power sources.The characteristics of network impedance parameters under normal operation,external fault conditions and internal fault conditions are analyzed,and key identification parameters are extracted.This enables effective discrimination between different operating states of the distribution line.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme accurately operates during internal faults,effectively avoids mal-operation during external faults and system oscillation conditions,and enhances the reliability and sensitivity of distribution protection devices.The scheme is well-suited to meet the line protection requirements of novel distribution systems with extensive integration of distributed generation.
