舰用电气设备在核电环境中的质量鉴定是确保核安全的关键技术环节.系统梳理了核电设备质量鉴定的基本方法,包括型式试验、运行经验法和分析法,详细阐述了 K1、K2 和 K3 三类鉴定程序的技术要求.对比分析舰船环境与核电环境的差异,提出了舰用电气设备在核环境中应用时需补充的鉴定试验项目,包括热老化试验、运行老化试验、地震试验和冲击试验等.研究结果表明,舰用电气设备在满足国军标环境要求的基础上,需增加核环境特有的老化试验和抗震鉴定,以确保其在核电厂安全壳内外不同区域内的功能可靠性.结果为舰用电气设备的核级鉴定提供了技术参考,对保障舰船核动力系统的安全运行具有重要意义.

Qualification of marine electrical equipment in nuclear environments is a critical technical link for ensuring nuclear safety.The fundamental methods for nuclear equipment qualification,including type testing,service experience,and analysis methods are systematically reviewed,and the technical requirements for K1,K2,and K3 qualification procedures are elaborated.By comparing the differences between marine and nuclear environments,supplementary qualification test items required for applying marine electrical equipment in nuclear settings are proposed,such as thermal aging tests,operational aging tests,seismic tests,and shock tests.The test results indicate that,in addition to meeting the environmental requirements of national military standards,marine electrical equipment must undergo nuclear-specific aging tests and seismic qualification to ensure functional reliability in different zones inside and outside the nuclear power plant containment.The results provide a technical reference for the nuclear-grade qualification of marine electrical equipment and holds significant importance for ensuring the safe operation of shipboard nuclear power systems.
