大型水电机组自然和调节特性对沙戈荒清洁能源大基地消纳能力的仿真分析优化OA

针对沙戈荒清洁能源大基地和特高压直流输电近区系统存在的稳态短路容量小、抗扰动能力弱及暂态过电压抑制能力不足等问题,依托配套抽水蓄能和近区大型水电机组的自然与调节特性,本文提出一种提升系统暂态稳定性和新能源消纳能力的解决方案.研究采用中国电力科学研究院开发的电力系统分析综合程序进行仿真计算,重点分析直流输送功率6 000 MW时,配套水电机组对新能源消纳能力的影响.结果表明:水电机组通过提升稳态短路容量、增强动态无功支撑(包括深度进相吸收无功盈余、自动电压调节器快速稳压、电力系统稳定器抑制振荡等特性),可显著改善系统暂态稳定性;青香—青塔电磁环网解环、合环方式下,配套3台机组分别提升新能源消纳能力约1 150 MW和1 900 MW.研究成果验证了水电机组(含配套的抽水蓄能机组)对沙戈荒大基地系统暂态稳定和清洁能源消纳的支撑作用.

Aiming at the problems of small steady-state short-circuit capacity,weak anti-disturbance ability and insufficient transient overvoltage suppression ability of the clean energy base in"Shagehuang"and the near-area system of UHV DC transmission,this study proposes a solution to improve the transient stability and new ener-gy absorption capacity of the system by supporting the natural and regulation characteristics of pumped storage units and large hydropower units in the near area.The power system analysis software package(PSASP)de-veloped by China Electric Power Research Institute is used for simulation calculation,and the influence of sup-porting hydropower units on the new energy absorption capacity under the condition of DC transmission power of 6 000 MW is emphatically analyzed.The results show that the hydropower units can significantly improve the transient stability of the system by increasing the steady-state short-circuit capacity and enhancing the dynamic reactive power support(including deep leading-phase absorption of surplus reactive power,fast voltage regula-tion via automatic voltage regulation(AVR),oscillation suppression using power system stabilizer(PSS)).Under the mode of ring opening and ring closing of Qingxiang—Qingta electromagnetic ring network,the sup-porting three units can improve the new energy absorption capacity by about 1 150 MW and 1 900 MW respec-tively.The research results verify the supporting effect of hydropower units(including pumped storage units)on the transient stability and clean energy absorption of the large base system in"Shagehuang".
