循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉的飞灰粒径细、积灰速度快,高频投运蒸汽吹灰器易加大其受热面吹损的风险.本文调研了多台CFB机组的吹灰器配置方案及其运行问题,对比分析了大型CFB锅炉在声波吹灰器与激波吹灰器选型方面所面临的技术困境.以某300 MW CFB锅炉为例,本文提出了选用声压等级为155 dB的大功率变频旋笛声波吹灰器替代蒸汽吹灰器的技改方案.考虑到CFB机组烟道内部的吊架与集箱会对声波形成散射与阻挡干扰,将声波吹灰器就近对称布置于省煤器的左、右侧墙,每组受热面布置8台,即左侧、右侧墙各4台.技改后1个月内,分别在机组140 MW工况和300 MW工况下,进行了声波吹灰器与蒸汽吹灰器的对比性能试验.试验结果表明,在积灰速度相同的前提下,采用声波吹灰器清灰后,省煤器吸热量变化更明显,吹灰效果更佳;锅炉负荷越高,声波吹灰器单独投运时对省煤器吸热损失的改善效果越好.技改8个月后停炉检修,现场检查发现H鳍片省煤器受热面清洁度良好.此技改经验可为同类型机组吹灰系统优化提供参考.

Due to the fine particle size of fly ash and the rapid ash deposition rate in circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers,the frequent operation of steam soot blowers increases the risk of erosion on the heating sur-face.This paper investigates the soot blower configurations and operational issues of various CFB units,and comparatively analyzes the selection dilemmas of configuring acoustic soot blowers and shockwave soot blowers for large-scale CFB boilers.Taking a 300 MW CFB boiler as an example,this paper proposes using high-pow-er rotary siren variable-frequency acoustic soot blowers with a sound pressure level of 155 dB to replace steam soot blowers.Considering that the internal hangers and headers of the flue can scatter and block acoustic waves,the acoustic soot blowers are arranged proximally on the left and right side walls of the economizer.Eight units are installed for each group of heating surfaces,with four on the left side wall and four on the right side wall.Within one month after the technical modification,comparative tests between the acoustic soot blow-ers and steam soot blowers are conducted on the unit under 140 MW and 300 MW load conditions,respective-ly.The test results show that,given the same ash deposition rate,the change in the economizer's heat absorp-tion after soot blowing by acoustic soot blowers is more significant,indicating a cleaner soot removal effect;the higher the load,the better the corrective effect of the acoustic soot blower operating independently on the heat absorption loss of the economizer.Eight months after the modification,a shutdown inspection of the heating surface ash deposition reveals that the cleanliness of the H-finned economizer heating surface is good.The re-sults of this technical modification can provide a reference for similar units.
