补中益气汤加减对腹腔镜经腹膜前疝修补术术后康复的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction on rehabilitation after lapa-roscopic transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis(TAPP).Methods:A total of 89 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent TAPP were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group with 45 patients and control group with 44 pa-tients.After TAPP,the patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while those in the treatment group received modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group,and the course of treatment was 7 days for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score at 6,12,24,and 48 hours after surgery,postoperative rehabilitation(time to ambulation and time to first flatus),length of hospital stay,and postoperative complications(seroma,urinary retention,and incision infection).Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significantly lower VAS pain score at 12,24,and 48 hours after surgery and significantly shorter time to ambulation,time to first flatus,and length of hospital stay(P＜0.05),as well as a signif-icantly lower incidence rate of postoperative seroma(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in urinary retention and incision infection after surgery between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction can effectively alleviate pain after TAPP,reduce the incidence rate of postoperative seroma,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
