揿针联合五音疗法对胸腔镜肺癌术后疼痛的效果观察OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of press needle combined with five-element music therapy on pain after thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine analgesic therapy after surgery,while those in the observation group received press needle combined with five-element music therapy in addition to the treatment in the control group,and the course of treatment was 7 days for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of numerical rating scale(NRS)score,the dose of analgesic drug used,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,and adverse reactions.Results:Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had significantly lower NRS score,dose of analgesic drug used,and PSQI score at each time point(P＜0.01).There was a significant difference in the incidence rate of ad-verse reactions between the observation group and the control group[13.33％(4/30)vs 43.33％(13/30),P＜0.05].Conclusion:For patients after thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery,press needle combined with five-element music therapy can effectively enhance analgesia and reduce the use of analgesic drugs and the incidence rate of adverse reactions,with a favorable safety profile.
