曹国立名中医经验方联合眠三针治疗心脾两虚型不寐29例OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Cao Guoli's famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)empirical prescription combined with acupuncture at sleep three-needle points in the treatment of insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 58 patients with insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 29 patients in each group.In addition to the basic treat-ment including acupuncture at sleep three-needle points and psychological counseling,the patients in the treatment group were given Cao Guoli's famous TCM empirical prescription,while those in the control group were given oral administration of eszopiclone tablets,and the course of treatment was 4 consecutive weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and TCM syndrome score.Clinical outcome was assessed for both groups,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment and 4 weeks post-treatment,there were a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[93.10％(27/29)vs 72.41％(21/29),93.10％(27/29)vs 65.52％(19/29),P＜0.05].Both groups had significant changes in PSQI score and TCM syndrome score after treatment,and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).No adverse reaction was observed in either group during treatment.Conclusion:For patients with insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome,Cao Guoli's famous TCM empirical prescription can improve clinical response rate,alleviate TCM syndrome,and improve sleep quality,with a favorable safety profile.
