南疆引进大豆种质资源产量相关农艺性状鉴定与综合评价OA

Phenotypic Evaluation and Comprehensive Analysis of Agronomic and Yield-Related Traits of Introduced Soybean Germplasm in Southern Xinjiang

大豆是重要的粮油饲兼用作物,南疆地区光热资源充足、昼夜温差大,有利于干物质积累,为我国大豆生产提供了有利条件.为筛选适宜南疆推广种植的大豆种质,2023 和 2024 年以引进的 95 份大豆种质资源为材料,在南疆喀什泽普大豆育种家基地开展两年田间试验,鉴定单株荚数、单株粒重、有效分枝数、株高、底荚高度、结荚节数等 6个产量相关农艺性状.结果显示,各性状变异系数为8.87%~69.34%,有效分枝数变异系数最大,结荚节数最小,表明供试大豆种质变异丰富.相关性分析表明,株高与结荚节数、单株荚数、单株粒重呈极显著正相关,同时,底荚高度与结荚节数、有效分枝数、单株荚数呈极显著负相关.主成分分析将6 个性状归纳为 2 个主成分因子,累计贡献率达69.80%.聚类分析将供试大豆种质分为四大类群,类群Ⅰ包含长农45、辽豆59、长农 39 等 6 份种质;类群Ⅱ包含吉育554、哈18-1909、长农30 等30 份种质;类群Ⅲ包含绥农 53、东农 98、东农 71 等 53 份品种;类群Ⅳ包含东农 96、哈n21-072、合农76 等6 份品种.其中,类群I产量较高,而类群Ⅳ株高低、底荚高度高,适宜机械化收获.研究结果可为南疆大豆超高产育种与生产提供支撑,对保障粮食安全具有重要意义.

Soybean(Glycine max)is an important crop used for grain,oil and feed.Southern Xinjiang is endowed with abundant light and heat resources and a large diurnal temperature difference,which facilitates dry matter accumulation and creates favorable conditions for soybean production in China.To screen suitable soybean accessions from 95 soybean germplasms for Southern Xinjiang cultivation,six agronomic traits,including pods number per plant,seeds weight per plant,effective branches number,plant height,first pod height and number of pod-bearing nodes were evaluated at the Poskam Soybean Breeding Base(Kashgar,Xinjiang)in 2023 and 2024.The results showed that the coefficient of variation for the six traits ranged from 8.87%to 69.34%,with the largest effective branches number and the smallest number of pod-bearing nodes.Correlation analysis showed that plant height was significantly positively correlated with number of pod-bearing nodes,pods number per plant and seeds weight per plant.Meanwhile,first pod height was significantly negative correlated with number of pod-bearing nodes,effective branches number,and pods number per plant.Principal component analysis showed that six traits attributed to two principal component factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of 69.80%.The soybean germplasm was divided into four major groups.Group Ⅰ including six germplasms such as Changnong 45,Liaodou 59,and Changnong 39;Group Ⅱ includeding 30 germplasms such as Jiyu 554,Ha 18-1909,and Changnong 30;Group Ⅲ including 53 varieties such as Suinong 53,Dongnong 98,and Dongnong 71;Group Ⅳ including six varieties such as Dongnong 96,Ha n21-072,and Henong 76,in which Group Ⅰ exhibited higher yield,and Group Ⅳ presented lower plant height and higher first pod height and was suitable for mechanized harvesting.The research findings offer support for super-high yield soybean breeding and cultivation in Southern Xinjiang,which is vital to safeguaring food security.
