水库坝基无盖重固结灌浆工艺应用OA
Application of non-blanket consolidation grouting technology in reservoir dam foundations
为解决传统有盖重固结灌浆影响混凝土浇筑、现场施工难度大等问题,本文以新疆乌拉斯特水库大坝为例,结合现场生产试验开展分析,提出一套适用于坝基的无盖重固结灌浆技术,并采用声波波速检测与压水试验相结合评价无盖重固结灌浆成套技术的灌浆效果.检测结果表明,采用无盖重固结灌浆成套技术,提高了浅层灌浆压力,提升了灌浆作业效率,减轻了抬动风险.该研究结果可对同类工程坝基固结灌浆施工提供参考借鉴.
To address the issues of interference with concrete placement and construction difficulties on conventional blanket-covered consolidation grouting,this study takes the Ulast Reservoir Dam in Xinjiang as a case example.Through field production tests and analysis,a set of non-blanket consolidation grouting techniques suitable for dam foundations is proposed.The grouting effectiveness of the complete non-blanket consolidation grouting system is evaluated by combining acoustic wave velocity testing with water pressure tests.The results indicate that the application of the non-blanket consolidation grouting technique increases shallow-layer grouting pressure,improves grouting operation efficiency,and reduces the risk of uplift.The findings of this study can serve as a ref erence for consolidation grouting construction in dam foundations of similar engineering projects.
