基于CiteSpace的国内老旧小区适老化更新改造策略研究OA
Research on the Strategies for the Elderly-Friendly Renewal and Transformation of Domestic Old Communities Based on CiteSpace
文章以 2014-2024 年 CNKI 数据库中 525 篇与老旧小区适老化更新改造相关的文献为研究对象,运用 CiteSpace 软件开展文献计量分析.研究发现,该领域发文量与国家政策推进高度契合,近十年的研究历经基础探索期(2014-2017年)、深化实践期(2018-2021 年)与创新拓展期(2022-2024 年)三个阶段,研究从单一物质空间改造逐步向多元协同治理、人文关怀导向深化,为城市老旧小区适老化更新提供了理论与实践支撑.
This paper takes 525 articles related to the elderly-friendly renewal and transformation of old communities in the CNKI database from 2014 to 2024 as the research objects and conducts bibliometric analysis by using CiteSpace software.Research findings show that the number of published papers in this field is highly consistent with the advancement of national policies.Over the past decade,the research has gone through three major stages:the basic exploration period(2014-2017),the in-depth practice period(2018-2021),and the innovative expansion period(2022-2024).The research has gradually deepened from the transformation of a single physical space to multi-party collaborative governance and a humanistic care-oriented approach.It provides theoretical and practical support for the elderly-friendly renewal of old urban residential areas.
