Research on the Optimized Design Methods for the Living Streets in Old Communities Empowered by AIGC
随着我国城镇化进程进入存量更新阶段,老旧社区生活性街道的优化成为城市治理的重要议题.此类街道作为城市更新的重要载体,普遍面临基础设施老化、空间功能混杂、文化基因断裂与商业活力衰退等多重挑战.文章旨在探索"技术赋能、文化存续、治理升级"的一体化解决方案.为此,研究提出以AIGC技术为核心的设计框架,依托生成式设计、智能模拟与数据驱动决策三大功能模块,构建"感知—生成—验证"的动态优化闭环.
As China's urbanization has entered a stock-based renewal phase,the optimization of the living streets in old communities has become a vital issue in urban governance.Serving as critical carriers for urban renewal,such streets are generally plagued by multiple dilemmas,including aging infrastructure,mixed spatial functions,broken cultural heritage and declining commercial vitality.This paper aims to explore an integrated solution featured by"technology empowerment,cultural inheritance and governance upgrading".To address the above problems,this paper proposes an AIGC-centered design framework.Relying on three functional modules of generative design,intelligent simulation and data-driven decision-making,it establishes a dynamic closed-loop optimization system of"perception-generation-verification".
