成长型中小城市的空间品质提升路径研究OA

This paper takes Yitian City in Jiangxi Province as an example,and systematically assesses the dilemmas for improving the spatial quality of growing small and medium-sized cities from seven dimensions:landscape pattern,green space system,street space,living environment,transportation network,tourism services and cultural characteristics.It proposes the judgement on the dual spatial quality characteristics of"new district is not new,and old city is not refined".Based on the cognition on this characteristics,the paper proposes that the spatial quality improvement of growing small and medium-sized cities should follow the principles of"active correction"and"guidance to avoid mistakes",and construct an urban spatial quality improvement action framework including establishing the soul,enjoying greenery,shaping the street,providing a comfortable living environment,ensuring smooth transportation,enjoying leisure,and building the foundation.At the same time,it proposes the specific urban spatial quality improvement paths from four aspects:re-establishing cultural identity,reshaping spatial places,reconstructing supporting systems,and re-establishing good social governance,providing practical reference for the spatial quality improvement of growing small and medium-sized cities.
