老旧社区适老化空间设计研究现状与热点OA

Focusing on the aging-friendly spatial renovation in the existing old communities,this paper conducts keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and temporal evolution analysis based on CNKI and Scopus literature,and extracts the design topics such as accessibility,lingering,green spaces,service embedding,and post-occupancy evaluation through content analysis.The results show that the domestic research mainly revolves around public space renewal,shifting from the supplement of the accessible facilities to the supporting of daily activities and service coordination,while the foreign research places more emphasis on the evidence linking the built environment to health outcomes,and promotes quantitative evaluation through indicators and scales.This paper proposes a micro-renewal-oriented analysis framework to provide a reference for the renovation decision-making and post-occupancy evaluation.
