面向人民需求的城市更新实践OA

With China's urban development entering a stage of stock quality improvement,constructing high-quality urban spaces that meet people's needs has become a key issue in the new era of urban renewal.Taking the urban renewal project in Shenzhen Hubei District as an example,this paper summarizes its"people-centered"practical experience.In response to the district's practical challenges such as limited space,cultural weakness,insufficient amenities,and lagging transportation,the project has effectively advanced the renewal work through strategies including creating humanistic public spaces,revitalizing and preserving the ancient villages,upgrading public service facilities,improving public transportation systems,and establishing public participation mechanisms.The Hubei case vividly demonstrates the concrete path of implementing the"people-oriented"concept in renewal practices,providing important references for similar urban renewal projects in domestic cities.
