北京老城微空间品质评价与更新策略研究OA

This paper focused on the microspaces in 12 hutongs of Jiaochangkou Historical and Cultural Block in Xicheng District.Through on-site investigations,it systematically categorized their types,distribution and current use,identified the residents'core needs and key space pain points,and developed a microspace quality evaluation system for the quantitative analysis on their shortcomings.Research indicates the these microspaces face the issues of severe space encroachment,inadequate infrastructure,poor natural environment and weakened cultural features.Thus,the paper proposes the corresponding renewal strategies,including demolishing illegal constructions,regulating parking,supplementing infrastructure,enhancing greenery and integrating historical elements of the martial drill yard in the Ming and Qing dynasties,aiming to provide a reference for microspace renewal in historical streets and lanes in China.
