AI Penetration Rate and Breakthroughs in Key Core Technologies of Chain-Leading Enterprises

基于通用目的技术理论与知识生产函数理论,运用双向固定效应模型与中介效应检验方法,依据我国A股上市公司微观面板数据,考量人工智能渗透率对链主企业关键核心技术突破的影响及其传导机制.研究发现:人工智能渗透显著促进链主企业关键核心技术突破;研发人员创新效率在其中发挥部分中介作用;市场份额存在负向调节效应,低市场份额链主企业的人工智能赋能效果更显著.研究结论为人工智能赋能产业链核心主体技术攻关提供了经验证据与政策启示.

Based on the theories of general-purpose technology and knowledge production function,this paper examines the impact of AI penetration rate on key core technology breakthroughs in chain-leading enterprises and explores its underlying mechanism by using panel data of Chinese A-share listed companies.A two-way fixed effects model and mediation effect analysis are employed in the empirical study.The results show that AI penetration rate significantly promotes breakthroughs in key core tech-nologies among chain-leading enterprises.The innovation efficiency of R&D personnel plays a partial me-diating role in this process.In addition,market share exhibits a negative moderating effect,indicating that the empowering effect of AI is more pronounced in chain-leading enterprises with relatively lower market shares.The findings provide empirical evidence for understanding how AI supports technological breakthroughs of core firms within industrial chains and offer implications for promoting the deep inte-gration of AI and enterprise innovation activities.
