Global Financial Cycle,Domestic Production Network,and Industry Imported Risk
基于极值理论测度中国行业输入性风险,运用异质性空间自回归模型,探究全球金融周期对中国行业输入性风险的影响,并考察国内行业生产网络在该影响过程中的作用.研究发现,全球金融周期下行将推升中国行业的输入性风险、强化中国行业与国际市场的系统性关联;国内生产网络是全球金融周期影响中国行业输入性风险的重要渠道,总效应中由行业间投入产出关联引致的网络效应贡献超过40%;全球因子冲击下,上下游行业之间存在双向风险传染.鉴于此,应建立涵盖全球金融周期与行业间投入产出关联的国际国内双维度监测预警体系,采取差异化与动态资本管理工具,并增强产业链韧性以弱化负面网络效应.
Based on extreme value theory,this study measures industry-level imported risk in China.Employing a heterogeneous spatial auto-regressive(HSAR)model,it investigates the im-pact of the global financial cycle on China's industry-level imported risk,and examines the role of the domestic industrial production network in this transmission process.The study finds that a downturn in the global financial cycle increases industry-level imported risk in China and strengthens the systemic linkage between China's industries and international market.The do-mestic production network serves as a significant channel through which the global financial cycle affects industry-level imported risk in China,and network effects induced by input-output linka-ges among China's industries contribute over 40%to the total effect.Under global financial cycle shocks,bidirectional risk contagion occurs between upstream and downstream industries.In light of these findings,a two-dimensional(international and domestic)monitoring and early-warning system should be established,encompassing both the global financial cycle and inter-industry in-put-output linkages.Differentiated and dynamic capital management tools should be implemen-ted,and the resilience of industrial chains should be enhanced to mitigate negative network effects.
