数字普惠金融生态赋能农业新质生产力发展的多元路径OACHSSCD

Digital Inclusive Finance Ecosystem and the Development of New Quality Agricultural Productive Forces

数字普惠金融赋能农业新质生产力发展,需要金融核心功能与外部环境条件形成有效匹配.为此,基于2013-2021年我国地级市面板数据,将数字普惠金融核心子系统与环境子系统纳入统一分析框架,运用动态模糊集定性比较分析方法考察其赋能农业新质生产力发展的多元路径.结果表明:单一数字普惠金融生态要素不构成高水平农业新质生产力发展的必要条件;高水平农业新质生产力发展可通过基建支撑-数字金融牵引型、技术赋能-数字金融牵引型、环境要素协同型和技术补偿跨越型四条路径实现;数字金融使用深度与经济基础在各条高水平路径中均发挥核心支撑作用;不同地区实现高水平发展的条件组合因资源禀赋差异而明显分化.因此,应提升数字金融使用深度,因地制宜地推进数字普惠金融生态建设,强化核心子系统与环境子系统协同配置,为农业新质生产力发展提供更具适配性的金融支撑.

Using panel data for Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2013 to 2021,this study integrates the core and environmental subsystems of digital inclusive finance into a unified analyti-cal framework and applies dynamic fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to identify the multi-ple pathways through which the digital inclusive finance ecosystem supports the development of new quality agricultural productive forces.The results show that no single element of the digital inclusive finance ecosystem constitutes a necessary condition for a high level of new quality agri-cultural productive forces.Four configurations can generate the outcome:infrastructure-suppor-ted digital finance,technology-enabled digital finance,environmental-element synergy,and tech-nology-compensated leapfrogging.Depth of digital finance use and the economic foundation con-sistently emerge as key driving conditions,while the relevant combinations of conditions vary markedly across regions.Policy efforts should therefore deepen the use of digital finance,pro-mote context-specific development of the digital inclusive finance ecosystem,and strengthen the coordination between its core and environmental subsystems,thereby providing more adaptive fi-nancial support for the development of new quality agricultural productive forces.
