A/D 测量模块在电力电子系统中被广泛使用,本文基于自研 A/D 测量装置设计了一套实用的测试方法.该方法系统地涵盖了静态测试、动态测试与环境与可靠性测试.在静态测试中,基于最小二乘法进行线性校准,通过引入数字滤波算法,测试装置在不同滤波参数下采样精度的变化规律,动态测试则评估了测量装置对时变信号的响应能力,在此基础上,进一步通过温升与长时间运行试验测试其环境适应性与可靠性.最后基于一套自研电压测量装置对该测试方法进行了验证.结果显示,该测试方法可以用于全面评估测量装置性能,并为装置的性能优化提供直接数据支撑,具备较高的实用性与工程价值.

A/D measurement modules are widely used in power electronics systems.This paper presents a practical testing methodology based on a self-developed A/D measurement device.The method systematically covers static testing,dynamic testing,and environmental and reliability testing.In static testing,linear calibration is performed based on the least squares method,and by introducing a digital filtering algorithm,the variation pattern of sampling accuracy under different filter parameters is tested.Dynamic testing evaluates the response capability of the measurement device to time-varying signals.On this basis,environmental adaptability and reliability are further tested through temperature rise and long-term operation tests.Finally,the testing method is validated using a self-developed voltage measurement device.The results show that this testing method can comprehensively evaluate the performance of the measurement device,provide direct data support for performance optimization,and possesses high practicality and engineering value.
