本文提出了一种为偏远海上平台设计的一体化电解水制氢制氧补给系统.该系统采用高压储氢缓冲和 PEM 电解即制即用的模式满足氢气需求,并结合分子筛吸附纯化与节流膨胀液化技术实现液氧的现场制备.通过 RYZER-200 PEM 电解槽的快速响应能力(热启动≤5 秒)与 20 MPa 高压储氢系统的结合,有效提升了补给自主性、响应速度并降低了运输风险与成本.该设计为海上平台的清洁能源应用提供了新的技术思路.
This paper proposes an integrated electrolysis water system for hydrogen and oxygen production and supply designed for remote offshore platforms.The system adopts a model of high-pressure hydrogen storage buffer combined with PEM electrolysis for immediate production and use to meet hydrogen demand,and integrates molecular sieve adsorption purification and throttling expansion liquefaction technology to achieve on-site preparation of liquid oxygen.By combining the rapid response capability(hot start-up≤5 seconds)of the RYZER-200 PEM electrolyzer with a 20MPa high-pressure hydrogen storage system,it effectively enhances the supply autonomy and response speed,while reducing transportation risks and costs.This design provides a new technical approach for clean energy applications on offshore platforms.
