一种IGBT驱动与信号采样复合电路板自动测试平台设计OA
Design of an automatic test platform for IGBT driver and signal sampling composite circuit board
针对 IGBT 驱动与信号采样复合电路板传统测试方法效率低、人工成本高、测试结果一致性差等问题,本文设计了一种基于 LabVIEW 的板级自动测试装置.通过 LabVIEW 软件平台集成数字 I/O 卡、模拟采集卡和 CAN 通信接口,构建了完整的自动化测试系统.系统能够自动完成 PWM 信号测试、模拟采样校准、CAN 通信验证、继电器功能检测等多项测试任务,并具备故障自动定位和测试报告生成功能.实验结果表明,该装置测试精度达到±30 mV,测试效率比传统方法提高 80%以上,能够有效检测 IGBT 驱动与信号采样复合电路板的各项功能指标,为电力电子设备的质量控制提供了可靠的技术手段,具有良好的工程应用价值.
To address the issues of low efficiency,high labor costs,and poor consistency in traditional testing methods for IGBT driver and signal sampling composite circuit boards,this paper designs a board-level automatic testing device based on LabVIEW.Through adopting modular design philosophy,the device is constructed with a comprehensive automated testing system by integrating digital I/O cards,analog acquisition cards,and CAN communication interfaces via the LabVIEW software platform.Experimental results show that the device achieves test accuracy of±30mV and improves test efficiency by over 80%compared to traditional methods,effectively verifying the functional indicators of the IGBT driver and signal sampling composite circuit board.It provides a reliable technical solution for the quality control of power electronic equipment and holds significant engineering application value.
