针对深远海运维母船传统交流电网能耗高、排放大的问题,以 120 人运维母船为对象,设计1000V 双冗余直流母排搭配两套 2 000 kWh 磷酸铁锂储能协同系统.依托能量管理系统实现机组削峰填谷、全船黑启动与停泊零排放供电.对比分析表明:该方案推进效率提升 5%,燃油消耗降低 15%;系统集成度高、电气设备轻量化,具备三级冗余供电保障,可大幅削减碳、氮硫氧化物及颗粒物排放,满足国际与国内港口排放规范,同时降低航行噪声、拓宽环保区域作业窗口,可为同类绿色运维船电力系统设计提供技术参考.

Aiming at high energy consumption and pollutant emissions of traditional AC power grids for deep-sea SOVs,this paper designs a collaborative system with 1000V dual-redundancy DC busbar and two 2000 kWh lithium iron phosphate energy storage units for a 120-person vessel.The EMS realizes generator peak shaving,full ship black start and zero-emission berthing power supply.Comparative results show the scheme improves propulsion efficiency by 5%and cuts fuel consumption by 15%.With high integration,lightweight electrical equipment and three-level redundant power supply,it greatly reduces pollutant emissions to meet domestic and international port standards,lowers onboard noise and expands operation windows in emission-restricted zones.The research provides technical references for green power system design of similar operation vessels.
