针对海洋环境下钻井大绳易产生疲劳、断丝和磨损,且人工记录吨公里数据偏差大、管理效率低的问题,研发并应用一种集电磁在线检测、吨公里统计于一体的智能监测系统.通过海上平台现场部署和连续运行测试,验证了所提出在线检测系统和吨公里统计功能在复杂海洋环境下的可靠性和工程适用性.应用结果表明,该系统实现了钻井大绳的全寿命周期数字化检测,能够有效支撑其状态驱动维护策略的实施,提升了运行的安全保障水平,还通过精准的工作量统计为科学确定换绳时机提供了数据支撑,具有显著的工程推广价值和经济效益.

Aiming at the problems that offshore drilling ropes are prone to fatigue,wire breakage,and wear in marine environments,as well as manual recording of ton-kilometer data suffers from large deviation and low management efficiency,an intelligent monitoring system integrating electromagnetic online flaw detection and ton-kilometer statistics is developed and applied.On-site deployment and continuous operational testings on offshore platforms verify the reliability and engineering applicability of the proposed online detection system and ton-kilometer statistical functions under complex marine environments.Application results demonstrate that the system achieves full-life-cycle digital inspection of drilling ropes,can effectively support the implementation of condition-based maintenance strategies,and improves the safety guarantee level of operation.In addition,accurate workload sattistics provide data support for scientifically determining the rope replacement time.This system possesses significant engineering promotion value and economic benefits.
