基于经筋理论探讨推拿治疗踝关节扭伤的诊疗思路与作用机制OA

Based on the Meridian sinew theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper systematically explores the diagnostic and therapeutic approach and mechanism of Tuina for ankle sprain.By examining the intrinsic connection between the Meridian sinew theo-ry and the anatomical function of the ankle joint,and analyzing its similarities with the modern myofascial chain theory,it provides an interdisciplinary theoretical foundation for treatment.In response to the staged pathological changes of the Meridian sinew system after ankle sprain,namely"tendon rupture and collateral injury-tendon knot obstruction-tendon and vessel malnutrition,"a Meridian sin-ew differentiation method centered on"differentiating Meridian sinew,recognizing evidence,and determining the disease location"is proposed.The Tuina diagnostic and therapeutic principles of"using knowledge as the basis,using pain as the Acupoint","clear diag-nosis,treatment by differentiation of Meridians"and"holistic examination,simultaneous treatment of tendons and bones"are estab-lished.On this basis,a systematic Tuina diagnostic and therapeutic framework is constructed,and the mechanism of Tuina treatment is explained in depth in three dimensions:"resolving knots in Meridian sinew,reducing swelling and relieving pain","regulating joints and achieving mechanical balance"and"dredging Meridians,activating collaterals,and promoting the flow of Qi and blood".By com-bining theoretical exploration with clinical case studies,this paper emphasizes the importance of precise Meridian sinew differentiation and holistic regulation in treatment.It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing the diagnosis and treat-ment of ankle sprain and improving therapeutic efficacy.It also points out the current shortcomings in the standardization of manipula-tion techniques and the depth of mechanism research,indicating directions for future studies.
